Compensation Analyst | Chiswick | £45,000 | 6 MONTH FTC

My Client, a leading TV Production firm based in the heart of Chiswick are on the hunt for a diligent, professional and experience Compensation Analyst to join their Reward team on an initial 6 Month FTC.

The Role

• As a Compensation Analyst, you will complete in-depth analysis on regional Reward programs; conducts research, analyses data and identifies trends across Compensation and Benefits programs.
• You will conduct data modelling, cost analysis and produces recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans. Translates analysis into creative PowerPoints and dashboards.
