Compensation Analyst | Chiswick | £45,000 | 6 MONTH FTC
My Client, a leading TV Production firm based in the heart of Chiswick are on the hunt for a diligent, professional and experience Compensation Analyst to join their Reward team on an initial 6 Month FTC.
The Role
- As a Compensation Analyst, you will complete in-depth analysis on regional Reward programs; conducts research, analyses data and identifies trends across Compensation and Benefits programs.
- You will conduct data modelling, cost analysis and produces recommendations to support new initiatives or enhancements to existing plans. Translates analysis into creative PowerPoints and dashboards.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Compensation and Benefits, as well as strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
