Rapidly expanding Fintech, are looking to recruit a new Compliance Manager to join their business. This is a new position/headcount, so fantastic opportunity to really make the position your own and play an important part in the growth of the business.

We're looking for:

• BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
• Certified compliance professional is a plus
• Experience working with the FCA (consumer lending), ASA and FMSA standards
• Experience of PCI compliance is a bonus
• Previously worked within a Multi-Currency, Multi Company, Multi Jurisdiction environment
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
• Ability to check for accuracy and give good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise daily, weekly, monthly tasks, work on own initiative

Key Skills:

• Excellent working knowledge of implementation and working of key Compliance Standards as they relate to consumer credit (FCA, ASA and FMSA)
• Must be able to manage the ongoing interactions with relevant regulatory bodies including but not limited to the FCA
• Good understanding of regulatory horizon and application of best practices
• Strong problem solving acumen and pragmatic approach

Day-to-day:

• Ownership of FCA and related compliance
• Preparation and submission of FCA reporting
• Preparation of applications and submission of relevant documentation to the FCA
• Review and approval of multi-channel promotional materials
• Understanding of regulatory horizon and preparing for possible changes to regulations
• Work closely with business stakeholders including product to ensure successful launch of product features in line with roadmap
