Our client, A global Fintech company, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team focusing on Corporate Functions. As Corporate Function Talent Partner you will be supporting the companies global teams focusing on Legal, Risk, Compliance and People functions.

Responsibilities

  • Actively source talent from the market, hiring on average 3-5 people a month.
  • Create and build external networks, utilising a variety of platforms, social media as well as events to grow your network and talent pools.
  • Contribute to the ongoing D&I strategy
  • Partner with hiring managers to find the right talent for the company
  • Maintain a high level of candidate experience
  • Help inform the Employer brand strategy and be a brand ambassador

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in hiring across corporate functions, from either in-house or a mix of in-house and agency
  • Passionate about recruitment you're looking to work for a company that's expanding and where you can make a real impact
  • You work at pace and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You care as much about the candidate and hiring manager experience as you do about making a placement
  • Motivated and naturally competitive to be the best at what you do
