Job description
I am recruiting for a polished, articulate and very well presented Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic Hedge Fund in the City . You must be highly organised and have at least 2 years previous experience in a reception role within the professional services or Financial Services Industry.
Job Details:
- Meeting and greeting visitors in reception
- Responsible for managing all meeting rooms
- Making sure that the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Providing adhoc administrative support
- Answering a busy switchboard
- Taking accurate messages and passing them on to employees in a timely manner
- Providing a first class customer service at all times
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
- Reliable
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, confident with all MS packages
