Credit Controller - up to £200 per day - Hybrid, London

My client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the Finance team of one of the leading specialist insurance providers who's headquartered in London, with offices across the globe such as New York, Paris, Dubai and Brisbane. An opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energised environment in an equally challenging and rewarding market.

This position will be monitoring and settling accounts via phone, and email while maintaining and establishing excellent relationships with our clients in the UK, helping the senior credit controller in achieving company objectives, the main focus being client accounts, credit control, allocating cash and resolving general enquiries.

Responsibilities as Credit Controller:

• Contacting clients regarding outstanding debts
• Preparing regular customer statements
• Ensuring that debts are paid in a timely manner
• Help with reports and forecasts to the board
• Liaising with Account and Project Managers
• Updating Collect with payment dates and notes
• And other relevant duties within credit control

Required skills/qualifications as Credit Controller:

• 3+ years experience in a relevant role in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable
• Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
• Computer literacy including fluency in Ms Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and customer liaising capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Dynamics or similar software
