CRM Executive - Dubai based
My Client who are a Major player within the Foreign Exchange World are looking to hire a CRM Executive to work in their Dubai Offices.
You will execute and support their CRM activities across Asia territories. We are looking for a CRM Executive with in-market experience who is comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once, who can bring experience of the right mix of paid marketing channels to utilise within the different countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer databases, segmentation and data protection preferences to effectively manage CRM activity and create personalised and automated marketing campaigns
- Build relevant newsletter, lifecycle, abandonment and automated trigger journey campaigns based on data analysis
- Create and monitor RFM and behavioural segments of our customers and create campaigns to maximise opportunity, improve retention and build LTV
- Develop leads and prospects into customers
- Develop SMS and retargeting campaigns
- Ensures all communications with the customer or prospect use optimal marketing messages and branding, to increase engagement, encourage repeat business, develop brand loyalty, and ultimately drive revenue - creating an effective customer journey
- Works closely with CRM Manager and rest of marketing team, to plan and develop ideas for content, imagery, and graphics, and use these to create inspiring marketing campaigns
- Constantly tests and monitors CRM campaigns to improve KPIs
- Manages external and internal designers to produce marketing collateral for marketing campaigns, ensuring that brand and tone are consistent and effective
Skills & Experience:
- Experience using Marketing Cloud
- Experience using Salesforce
- Strong CRM experience
- HTML coding experience advantageous
- Experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns within a CRM environment
- Excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
