Facilities Assistant
My client, a leading professional services firm - are now looking for a dynamic, driven and experienced Facilities Assistant who will primarily be responsible for meeting room coordination, both for internal and external meetings.
Facilities Assistant
The hours are 7.30am-4.30pm/8.30am-5.30pm, weekly rotation (sometimes evening and weekend functions are held, in which case overtime is paid).
Facilities Assistant

  • Provide AV set up and support to all building users
  • 1st point of contact for London IT issues
  • Meeting room and audio-visual set-up
  • Assisting with the distribution and clearing of lunches and refreshments
  • Movement of incoming and outgoing goods and post
  • Some cleaning may be required to a specification of meeting rooms, offices and toilets and all areas of the building and removal of rubbish
  • Responsible for unlocking or locking the building
  • Switchboard cover when required


Facilities Assistant
The successful Facilities Assistant will have the following experience/skills:

  • Previous Facilities Assistant or Facilities Admin experience
  • Reliability and good punctuality
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness
  • Strong customer service skills
