Job description

Seeking a Finance Administrator to work with our client, an Asset Management Company. As Finance Administrator you will work alongside the Admin Manager and be responsible for all Property and Finance related admin tasks.

The perfect candidate will have property and finance experience with a can do attitude and eager and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Inbox
  • Update invoices and payments on Horizon system
  • Invoicing payments to banks
  • Liaise with Insurers and Local Authority re Business Rates of vacant properties
  • Manage company bank account
  • Check on a daily basis for payments and activity in the bank accounts
  • Manage service charge budgets
  • Take agenda meeting notes

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong admin organisational skills
  • Previous invoice or accounting experience
  • Background in property would be beneficial
  • Confident to be able to take minutes in meetings
