This market leading Media firm is currently hiring a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for partnering directly with the business, providing detailed commercial analysis and insights to help drive business performance. The successful candidate will ideally be a part qualified accountant with excellent analytical skills, as well as strong excel or systems skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and present on the financial performance
• Deliver annual budget and accurate monthly forecasts
• Collating information for monthly and quarterly supplementary submissions
• Provide detailed analysis of both costs and revenue
• Monitoring the status of actual recharges against budget and ensuring the correct allocation
• Provide proactive financial advice to senior stakeholders to ensure they make informed commercial decisions
• Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis
• Assisting with establishing and maintaining planning and reporting processes in respect of new lines of business
• Assisting with change and continuous improvement to processes including the implementation of new systems

Key Requirements:

• Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA
• 1-2+ years in a similar financial analyst position
• Outstanding analytical skills -experience with big data beneficial
• Advanced excel skills essential
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
