My client is a global Real Estate Asset Management firm looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager with Pan-European funds experience.

Role requirements:

• Financial Reporting -
  • Preparation / review of NAV statements and supporting calculations
  • Maintaining finance reports are under relevant GAAP
  • Managing Year end audit
  • Prepare/review annual budgets
• Operations:
  • Prepare materials for Management Company Board and Investor Advisory Committee meetings as appropriate
  • Manage regulatory, legal and tax aspects of distributions
• Tax:
  • Liaise with tax accountants and other providers to ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of all taxes

Candidate requirements:

• Must be qualified ACA/CA/CPA/ACCA qualified
• Strong IFRS/GAAP Experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience working with various general ledger systems
