The Organisation:

Due to company growth and in line with the continued strategy of the business an opportunity has become available as a Finance Manager.

The Opportunity:

• Management and approval of monthly overhead costs.
• Approval of monthly overhead Flash and quarterly forecast
• Attendance at monthly Flash meetings for rationalisation of overheads
• Management of overheads annual budget
• Assisting GL team in preparation of budget presentations
• Support global finance on headcount related matters
• Attendance at SAP Hanna meetings on data migration
• Attendance at SAP Hanna meetings on general ledger structure
• Review and analysis of AP KPI's
• Deputise for financial controller at SAP Hanna training
• Review and system improvements for revenue reporting.
• Co-ordination with global business partners on revenue reporting
• Preparation of Royalty revenue monthly flash and quarterly forecasts
• Liaison with royalty teams and global business partners on royalty revenue
• Deputise for financial controller for new payroll onboarding
• Deputise for financial controller for FP&A reporting tool meetings.
• Ad-hoc analysis & projects

You will need:

* Substantial experience in a senior management accounting position which has included preparation and coordination of financial plans, budgets, forecasts and management financial reports within a large organisation.

* Extensive experience in developing and implementing management accounting strategies, systems, policies and procedures.

* Strong technical Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA/CIMA

* Systems experience: SAP

* A high level of communication and the ability to build solid working relationships at all levels.
