My client is looking for a Technically strong accountant to come on board to support various functions of their business.

The role

Overall ownership of the preparation of quarterly accounts, including co-ordination of all schedules, reconciliations and reporting packages

* Ownership of quarterly P&L, Balance Sheets and supporting packs to Finance and Corporate reporting teams

* Manage the audit process

* Hybrid WFH model

* Completion of statutory accounts

* Support the Corporate Tax department

* Business Partner with finance, operation leads and project teams to support and implement new initiatives as required

* Responsible for reconciliations for reporting systems.

* Identify and drive areas of improvement within current processes

* Support management and wider finance team on any ad-hoc duties and projects

The Candidate

You must be available on a short notice period to be eligible for this role

* ACCA/CIMA/ACA/QBE

* Technically strong

* Sarbanes-Oxley experience

* SAP experience vital

* Media experience preferred

* Strong technical accounting knowledge

* Understanding US GAAP and IFRS
