An exciting opportunity has become available with an innovative Media firm, due to company growth. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone an ACA qualified Accountant to take their first step from practice into industry, and to also gain exposure to Finance Business Partnering.

The Role:

• Oversee all company accounts, including making monthly management accounts for the Board of Directors
• Preparation of the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Be the key point of contact for the statutory audit and manage relationship with auditors / tax advisors
• Business partner with the Sales and Marketing function by providing regular reports and insights into current trends and results
• Demonstrate strong leadership of the finance function, driving culture and performance to meet and exceed the expectations of the Company
• Suggest updates and improvements to accounting systems, controls and processes in place

Requirements:

• ACA Qualified Accountant
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and also to work with/lead a team
• A can do attitude and hands-on approach
