Group Financial Controller

A leading real estate firm are looking for a group financial controller to join their growing team. With significant change in the company expected, huge company structure changes will bring about exciting financial change on the horizon and the Controller will be responsible for overseeing this from a finance perspective.

Duties of the role include:

• Lead the consolidation and prepare quarterly group reports under IFRS
• Play a key role in preparation of the annual group report
• Leading the group reporting team
• Control and management of external audit relationships
• Full understanding of all procedures and systems
• To ensure the accounts are maintained correctly
• Reviewing statutory accounts and sign off

About you:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong IFRS experience
• Group consolidations experience and exposure
• A strong self starter
