Head of HR


Our client an FS Gaming firm are looking for an experienced Head of HR to manage the day-to-day operations and support of the London entities. The role requires a dynamic, reliable, confident and pro-active person, who also understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion, with strong stakeholder management.

This is a New and Stand alone role therefore you can make this your own!

General duties also include:

  • Overseeing the on-boarding and off-boarding process for all the London entities; ensuring induction and exit interviews are conducted
  • Collation of monthly MI to share with the CEO
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies to ensure they are in line with current UK legislation (Some global)
  • Managing staff relationships, responding to any complex queries that arise and manage expectations
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned by the CEO
  • Support CEO London with complex scenarios and projects, as and when required

HR projects:

  • Support with the various initiatives and implementations of group projects including a new performance management approach, employee engagement and culture
  • Maintain employee benefits and relationship with benefits portal provider

Performance Management

  • Ensure performance review process is followed by each area of the business with documentation completed
  • Support senior stakeholders with conducting performance reviews
  • Coordinate the yearly salary reviews

Employee Relations

  • Responsible for resolving any employee relations issues including capability investigations, grievances and disciplinaries
  • Ensure legal compliance and requirements are adhered to within all policies and procedures, keeping these up to date with any changes

Training & Development

  • Identify and develop training to support needs of each business as and when required
  • Coach senior managers on managing staff effectively

Recruitment

  • Support the different London entities with overseeing the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain a PSL for London; managing the agency relationships
  • Interview for senior positions alongside the hiring managers as a member of HR
  • Agree offers in line with salary benchmarking
