Job description

An experienced HR Administrator / Coordinator is required to support this small HR team of this membership body, based in Central London. Providing all admin support, maintaining confidential records with an understanding of Data Protection, you will take the lead in coordinating recruitment and payroll administration

Assisting the HR Director and Senior HR Advisor, and be responsible for all HR Administration including :-

  • First point of contact for managers in regards to their recruitment requests
  • Manage their expectations and time lines and update on recruitment campaigns
  • 360 recruitment from jobs brief with Line Managers to advertisements / interviews
  • Manage all the onboarding including offer and decline letters / right work documents / contracts etc
  • Process payroll admin ensuring accuracy and updating changes on system
  • Assisting the HR Director with HR MI reporting
  • Adhoc support to the L&D Manager
  • Minute taking at HR meetings as and when required

The candidate should :-

Be available immediately
Have previous HR Admin / HR Coordinator experience
Be confident with excellent communication skills to liaise with staff at all levels
Have excellent organisational skills, to be able to prioritise
Experienced in using HR Systems - preferably "i Trent"
Have the ability to take notes at HR meetings

Start Date: 16th November
Duration: ongoing (poss perm)
Location: Working from Home (dependant on government guidance - possibly flexible working office / home in the New Year)
Hourly Rate £15.00 - £17.50 plus holiday pay
