Job description
My client is an International Bank based in Knightsbridge, looking for a committed HR Administrator, who is adaptable and flexible to support the HR Team of 3.
As an integral part of the HR team you will provide an advisory and operational service to employees and gain exposure to Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Engagement Monitoring and People Policies.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Day to Day HR operational activities
- Recruitment
- Learning and Development
- Payroll Administration
- Leaver Administration
- HR System support
- Minute Taking
- Leading Committee meetings
- Answering HR queries within set policies and guidelines
- Reporting
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Minimum of 12 months HR experience in a corporate office environment
- Level 3 CIPD is desirable
- Strong minute taking skill set
- Must operate with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics
- Good interpersonal skills and an able team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional manner both over the telephone and face to face
- Ability to prioritise work and deadlines
- Accurate organised individual, flexible and happy to undertake any task in support of the business
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
