Job description
An experienced HR Administrator is required to support this busy HR Team. Supporting the Head of HR and Senior HRBP with a specific project to transfer their staff details and documents on to their new HR system - SharePoint. You will work closely with this friendly and supportive HR Team to understand requirements and also the ICT Team in preparation of the transfer to the new Sharpoint system
The ideal candidate will
- Be very proactive, be able to take the lead of this HR Project
- Ensure the right HR documents and files are transferred on to SharePoint.
- Use their initiative to assess the importance of the information/documents and delete where applicable
- To suggest solutions in structuring the new system
- Liaise with the ICT Team in regard to the processes required to ensure a smooth transfer of details
- Some research on legislation may be required as to some of the documentation that will be viewed
Skills required
- Previous SharePoint experience is a must
- Previous HR project experience would be desirable as would be the implementation of a new HR system
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Diligent and a good eye for detail
- Full understanding of HR legislation
- Confident to lead on the project and make decision as to the relevance of the information and documentation

Duration: approximately 4 - 6 weeks

Hourly Pay Rate £16.00 plus holiday pay
