Fantastic opportunity for an experienced, HR generalist to join this established Investment Company based in London SE1
The HR generalist will work in a team of 2, assisting the HR Manager and be responsible for up to 70 staff.
This is a challenging opportunity, implementing policies, procedures and transforming HR into an efficient environment whilst being faced with daily "firefighting" task that may arise last minute to support the business.
Whilst this role will work as part of a team it ideally will require a HR Generalist who is able to work autonomously, any previous Standalone experience in a small environment will be highly beneficial.
The role will include, HR Administration, HR Projects, ER, Payroll, Recruitment, Comp & Bens, System implementation and L&D;
- Leading of ER case work
- Managing UK Payroll
- Creating and keeping on top of industry policy and procedures
- Implementing new HR systems, providing Executives with data from reporting
- Building key relationships with Senior stakeholders and leading on various tasks including Recruitment for teams.
The ideal candidate will be strong on systems, including Excel.
This positions is availabel whilst recruiting permanently
Location : London SE1
Start Date : preferably Firiday 8th November
Salary Dependant on experince £190 - £250 a day pluis holiday pay
