Job description
Our client who are a Global media leader are looking to expand their team by hiring a Fluent French HR Advisor to assist the HR Manager with EMEA coverage.
Duties HR Advisor (Fluent French):
- Support the onboarding of new joiners including document collection, right-to-work
checks, data input, ensuring a smooth onboarding and dealing with any ad hoc
queries
- Assist with the management of probationary periods (including extensions), and
absence management such as maternity/paternity leaves, sick leaves, voluntary
leaves and off-boarding
- Attend monthly France employee representatives meetings, act as primary contact for
the France Employee representatives and ensure regular office communication is
issued
- Act as a process improvement lead for our France office, by producing reviewing /
producing policies whilst ensuring high-level compliance at all levels
Skills /
- Conduct all exit interviews for the commercial side of the organisation, and provide
feedback to the Manager, People Business Partner
- Provide front-line support to employees and managers covering all aspects of the
employee life cycle
- Coach and counsel employees/managers to ensure consistent application of policies,
procedures, and practices
- Managing internal and external employee transfers together with our Global Mobility
team and our external immigration counsel
- Completing audits whilst working closely with the business areas to ensure a 100%
pass rate
- Proactively manage HR systems alongside our People Insights team in order to
maintain data integrity, through data collection and maintenance
- Collaborate with the business to support recruiting efforts including
posting/managing requisitions and facilitating market pricings/pay equity review of
roles
Skills:
- Fluent French
- Ideally EMEA exposure
- Ideally a CIPD Graduate or equivalent
