Our client, who are an International Bank, based in Canary Wharf are looking to hire a HR Analysts for a 12 month FTC but with the potential to go permanent.

As HR analyst you will support an Associate Director and 6 Business Partners within organisational and development.

We are looking for someone with 2 years experience within a busy HR Partnering role who loves working with date and excel spreadsheets!

The role holder works closely with their line manager and other team members and the People Analytics Team to deliver the Bank's HR People Plan and other relevant agendas by:

HR Analyst Duties:

§ Working with other team members to implement operationally excellent support in the delivery of client-facing HR services to the business

§ Developing a deep understanding of their data domain and the business processes and systems that create/maintain it

§ Collaborating with Data Owners and their stakeholders to understand their specific use case(s) and current shortfalls in existing levels of understanding of the data

§ Becoming a trusted source of information - providing timely analysis and insight

§ Will work closely with the People Analytics Team to ensure alignment of standards and methodologies and the best use of business intelligence tools available at the Bank

§ Will have frequent interfaces both in HR and the rest of the bank to understand their business needs from HR data and will also be required to provide data analysis to support these design and offer additional insight where applicable

§ Expected to work, as part of an iterative development process, on various projects coordinating improvements to the HR reporting suite. Will be required to learn HR processes from data owners, identify corresponding key system data and create reports and dashboards in Tableau for analysis by stakeholders

§ Will need to coordinate with Data Team, SAP HR Team and People Analytics Dashboard Designer to ensure the updates to the HR reporting suite are consistent with existing reporting practice and meet end user requirements
