HR Assistant
Up to £32,000
West London


My Client are a leading Oil & Gas firm based in the heart of West London, looking for a HR Assistant to join their talented team of 4 HR professionals.
We are looking for someone with solid generalist experience and confidence from a corporate background to support their team on a permanent basis.


Payroll and HR System experience is a MUST for this role.


Responsibilities as a HR Assistant:

  • HR administrative support to team supervisor in all HR generalist activity
  • HR Support to Senior Management as instructed by team supervisor
  • HR Project Support
  • Day to Day HR operational activities
  • Gathering and submitting changes for Monthly Payroll processing
  • Issuing copies of payslips and Statement of Earnings where required
  • Updating HR System with relevant changes
  • Updating HR policies and procedures as instructed
  • Updating organisation charts with joiners and leavers and any ad-hoc changes
  • Assisting team supervisor with Employee Reward programs
  • Assisting team supervisor with Employment Engagement Initiatives


Requirements of the HR Assistant:

  • Minimum of 12 months HR experience in a corporate office environment
  • Experience within a corporate environment
  • Must operate with a high level of integrity and discretion
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent timekeeping discipline and strong work ethics
  • Good interpersonal skills and an able team player
