London - 70K to 80K 12- month FTC

A Global leading Media business are recruiting for Senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed term contract!

Reporting into the Head of People Director

The role will be accountable for working with the Leadership team to define, deliver and implement the people strategy and annual plan.

The ideal candidate will have excellent HR Business Partnering skills with proven experience partnering and delivering within highly commercial, growing organisations. Demonstrable experience delivering programmes, change management, redundancy, managing a team & be an excellent collaborator with the ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and complex key stakeholders.
You must have the ability to work autonomously and drive change within an ambiguous environment.
