9 month FTC

Our client, within the music industry, are looking for a People Partner to join their fun and efficient team based in London. As People Partner you will work with Senior Managers providing advice and support on a range of HR services. Our client is looking for a People Partner with a broad understanding of Employee Relations and able to maintain effective working relationships across the whole business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the HR system is maintained and up to date
  • Ensure people managers are effectively using the HR system to their and HR's benefit
  • To ensure advice and support is provided to people managers across the business on employee relation matters
  • To manage the disciplinary process, supporting people managers ensuring the right decisions are made and that employees are treated fairly
  • To manage the development and implementation of departmental re-structures in order to support senior managers in making changes within their business area
  • To keep abreast of latest UK and European Employment Law and to ensure best practice within all areas
  • To maintain and continually develop the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • To market and assess engagement with the Learning management system
  • To input, ensure and maintain the internal HR system records for all L&D initiatives.
  • To ensure all policies available on the HR systems are kept up to date
  • To produce monthly and quarterly reports in collaboration with the wider HR team for Executive education

Skills & Experience

  • CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of Workday HR System
  • Practical experience of partnering with senior managers on people initiatives
  • Competent skills within Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly, concisely and accurately
  • Knowledge of up to date employment law
  • Pro-active in approach
