Job description
My Client an exciting high profile International Media Company, is looking for a HR Coordinator to support one of their HR Managers and a team of HRBP's on a temporary basis for a 12 months FTC.
You will support the team with your strong administrative skills and be one step ahead of their daily activities to ensure the smooth running of the dept
Duties will include
- HR administration, completing HR forms and maintain departmental holiday records
- Arrange and organise meetings - booking meetings, prepare agendas and diary management, presentation preparation
- Liaising with the accounts team and raising PO's via SAP
- An opportunity to assist the Employee Relations and Wellbeing Team with administration and take notes at ER meetings
- Providing logistical support of events and roll out of projects, processes and procedures, and D&I network groups.
- Maintaining the employee wellbeing hub with the HR Manager
- Liaise with the Global HR Operations team on administration
- Process legal invoices with the finance team
The ideal candidate will
- Experienced at working in a busy environment and preferably have international experience
- Be used to being proactive, multitasking and be highly organised
- Be a relationship builder - with a friendly and approachable manner
- Have good computer skills and an eye for detail
Preferably you will have
- SAP experience
- HR experience
- Workday experience
- Previous experience of working in a media company
Day Rate : £110 - £120
To commence:1st April
Duration: 12 months
Location: Hammersmith
