Global HR Director

City of London / Remote

To support my Client, a Global Technology firm on their continuing global growth, they are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Leader to join the team as our Global HR Director.

The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective people and organisational development solutions to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture, enabling the growth as they scale in size.

You will report directly to their Chief Operating Officer.

Key responsibilities for the Global HR Director:

  • Partnering with C-Suite and business unit heads globally to develop and lead an effective people strategy that supports global business objectives.
  • Working closely with them and their team as a trusted partner. Providing insight and advice on people matters.
  • Lead on all Remuneration matters including review of current global benefits package.
  • Following the Best workplace program
  • Building out our Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
  • Developing our Workplace Culture
  • Building a community engagement program
  • Defining a Performance Management Framework aligned to our mission and values.
  • Talent Assessment & Development including Succession Planning.
  • Learning & Development, defining a global Training & Development program for all staff.
  • Manage the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Requirements of the Global HR Director:

  • Will have supported an SME with a global footprint in a Human Resources Leadership capacity
  • Will be a strong People Partner, with excellent communication skills and influencing ability
  • Possess strong business acumen and have proven experience of working directly with C-Suite
  • Will thrive in an SME environment balancing strategic and operational people matters
  • Proven experience in supporting global growth in a start-up / SME environment, ideally in the tech or AML market.
