A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist/ Advisor to support this small HR team working within this busy boutique investment company based in the City . Reporting to the HR Manager, and working with another HR Advisor you will have a full generalist remit, including HR / Payroll Admin duties able to work with flexibly to meet the demands of the business

  • Update and maintain employee records across all HR systems and databases
  • Co-ordination and oversight of recruitment processes scheduling, testing, organising interviews and managing the on-boarding process
  • Supporting the HR Manager with any ER issues that
  • Drafting contractual documentation throughout the employee lifecycle and ensuring maintenance of records
  • Involvement in projects as required, including implementation of the company intranet, review of the HR systems and supporting the delivery of talent objectives
  • Assisting with the accurate payroll submission
  • Providing valuable and accurate data in response to investor queries on a number of people metrics
  • Administration of the annual performance review process, ensuring timelines are adhered to and providing accurate data

Experience

  • Ability and experienced at working within a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
  • Happy to work long hours to be in tune with the business needs
  • Experienced of working within Financial Services preferable with Private Equity or equivalent fast paced environment
  • Experience of working in a small team and used to processing HR administrative duties
  • Experience of analysing data and producing reports would be an advantage.
  • Payroll experience is
  • Good Excel skills - intermediate/advanced level
  • Exposure to SHL, or similar testing would be preferable
  • You will need to be resilient, flexible and able to deal with a variety of issues as and when they arise
