Senior HR Consultant | £225 | City of London

My Client, the UK's largest corporate accountancy firm are on the hunt for a talented, strategic HR Consultant to join their team of 7 on a temporary basis.

The Role

As a Senior HR Consultant, you will assist with the development of our HR Consultancy services and deliver commercially focused HR solutions to clients or various sizes and sectors.

• Design, develop and deliver HR and Organisational Development projects both internally and externally, as required, with the help of other members of the HR Consultancy team.
• Support clients on and off site in a range of HR processes and statutory requirements including, but not limited to grievances, disciplinary matters, TUPE and redundancy.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be Level 7 CIPD qualified - with experience of working across a range of different business sectors. You will have previous experience of developing and delivering training courses as a HR Consultant and project management experience.
