HR Officer - £32,000 Temp 2 months (with view to go perm)
Reporting to Head of HR - UK
Supporting the HR team of 5
Global Financial Services firm!
The London HR Team provides an advisory and operational service to the London Branch on all employee matters from Talent Acquisition, regulatory themes and policy and process.
Duties:
Learning and Development

  • Supporting Group HR on driving modular training adherence at the Branch
  • Maintenance of the Training Database and all training MI to aid decision making
  • Coordination of staff training and liaising with training providers on bookings and costs
  • Organising training days, including booking meeting rooms and documents order
  • Updating Training records with attendance and collecting certificates for employee files


Payroll and Benefits Support

  • Gathering and submitting changes for Monthly Payroll processing
  • Issuing copies of payslips and Statement of Earnings where required
  • Updating all necessary reports as instructed
  • Administering changes to employee benefits such personal data changes and adding dependants

Other Duties (not limited to)

  • Administration and reporting of Absence on HR System
  • Updating core HR System with relevant data changes
  • Assisting with Employee Reward programs and Projects
  • Assisting with annual Performance Management process
  • Answering HR queries within set policies and guidelines
  • Act as a Note taker in confidential HR meetings
  • Management of HR invoices and logging, tracking system
  • Overseeing the maintenance of Personnel files, all general HR E-Filing & archiving
  • Updating HR policies and procedures as instructed
  • Updating organisation charts with joiners and leavers and any ad-hoc changes
  • Managing London HR Mailbox and responding to Reference Requests
  • Ensuring version control and documentation across all employee data is kept up to date
  • Assisting with all core standard processes as of when required
  • Assisting with UK Regulatory reviews and audits
  • To undertake any other HR duties allocated by Senior Management and department
