Job description
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HRBP to work for this developing and fast paced Insurance Business. Previous insurance experience is a must to support Line Managers and have a true understanding of their business needs
As a strong member of the HR team you will bring your generalist knowledge and provide a broad range of HR support to assist the HR Director with the delivery of various HR projects
Main duties
Work closely with the business leaders and line managers
- Develop people capability / plan and manage talent
- Be the point of contact for the client group offering expertise in all people areas
- Using your experience to make an impact in key areas e.g., organisational change and development / reward and recognition, employee engagement (including ER) and talent analytics
- Building senior stakeholder relationships
- Providing strategic and day to day leadership in delivering HR plans
- Oversee HR reporting, policies, and processes
- Managing recruitment needs and assisting in building a talent pipeline
Person Spec
- Preferably Degree or CIPD qualified or recognised HR career
- Experienced in using MS Office 365, Vision and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication skills to deliver and present strategies to the business
- Be a true HR Generalist to understand the functions of Learning and Development & Compensation and Benefits
- Previous experience of delivering a HR Strategy to Line managers and taking the lead on HR projects would be essential
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach
- A strong team player
To commence: January 2021
Interview: immediatley
Duration: 6 months FTC
Location: to commence working from home and then when the business is back, to work 3 days at home and 2 days in the London office)
Salary: dependent on experience up to £70K pro rata
