HR Business Partner

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced generalist HR Business Partner to join an FX firm in Central London.

The generalist HR Business Partner will work in a team of 3 and be responsible for up to 200 staff.
Looking for a true Generalist who is confident to lead on the end to end Advisory.

This is a hands-on opportunity, updating policies, procedures and transforming HR into an efficient environment whilst being faced with daily "firefighting" tasks that may arise last minute to support the business.

Whilst this role will work as part of a team it ideally will require a HR professional who is able to work autonomously and who has run with various projects at anyone time! Experience in a small FS environment will be highly beneficial.

The role will include, HR Projects, ER, Payroll, Recruitment, Comp & Benefits, System implementation and L&D;

  • Leading ER cases
  • Creating and keeping on top of industry policy and procedures
  • Implementing new HR systems, providing Executives with data from reporting
  • Building key relationships with Senior stakeholders and leading on various tasks including Recruitment for teams.

The ideal candidate will be strong on systems, including Excel, Level 5 CIPD and have a passion for HR!
