HRIS Analyst - Sharepoint

I am currently recruiting for an HRIS Ananlyst for a large international insurance company based in the heart of London. The ideal candidate must have a wealth of HRIS project experience and ben an experienced user of SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-brand and update policies and HR related documents to reflect recent business changes (approx. 80 - 100 documents).
• Undertake a basic review of all policies to ensure they are up to date with statutory requirements and flag any changes that need to be made with HR team members.
• Undertake an audit of the HR SharePoint area and document items that need to be removed
• Ensure all latest policy documents are saved in the Master Document area

• SharePoint HR content migration to the new intranet site

Essential Experience:

• HR background and with a knowledge of HR policies and statutory requirements
• Experienced user of SharePoint
• Experience of working on projects/HRIS migrations ideally.
