Job description

An exceptional Senior Human Resources Business Partner is required for this Global Insurance Broker. Working closely with the HR Director and a great HR Team, you will lead on various projects and ensure the HR Strategic plan is followed by the whole of the business. By using your generalist HRBP expertise to various corporate functions you will implement specific people approaches with the collaboration of the Centre of Excellence

Duties

  • Using your HR Industry knowledge to work on various projects - change management, rewards, employee engagement etc
  • Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the companies HR Plans
  • Assist with building a strong talent pool
  • Build trusted relationships with Stakeholders and Business Leaders
  • Ensuring systems are being utilised and ensure HR Initiatives are followed through

Skills

  • Relevant Degree or Professional studies qualification e.g., CIPD is required or by experience
  • Good understanding of MS Officer 365 and HRIS systems
  • Experience of delivering strategies to the business and presenting to all seniority
  • True generalist exposure is essential e.g., learning and development, reward, compensation, and benefits
  • Previous examples of delivering HR strategy throughout the business
  • Ability and enjoy mentoring within the HR Team
  • Previous experience of working with in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Previous insurance experience would be preferred or experience of working within a corporate company

Salary: up to £90,000.00

Hybrid Working model 2-3 days in the office
