Duties:

• Sourcing new candidates to join their sales team from jobsites, social media and other platforms using local market knowledge
• Contact the candidates and conduct initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, their salary expectations, notice period, the reason for leaving current role
• Support Head of Department with day to day duties
• Meet with candidates to see if they are a good fit for the business
• Help build their brand through social media and other channels
• Interview candidates and assist with initial stages of interview process
