An exciting opportunity has become available for an Investor Relations Assistant. My Client is a leading specialist in the pan-European, regional, multi-let real estate market. They have over 220 employees in 15 countries across Europe.

We are seeking a confident Investor Relations Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environment and who will hit the ground running. This is a meaty role and the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have excellent and proven attention to detail, and recognise and prioritise urgent requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Organisation of quarterly board meetings and diary management
  * Attending meeting and note take
  * Preparation of investor statements
  * Produce and prepare investor meeting notes
  * Maintenance and general upkeep of CRM platform and investor portal
  * Assistance with updating investor fundraising log
  * Assistance with preparation and formatting of key fundraising materials, DDQs and conference presentations
  * Collate and log investor feedback and make any necessary follow ups
  * Thorough check of interest and distributions notices and banking payment schedules
  * Ad-hoc investors request
  * Support at investor conferences
  * Research of target investors

Skills & Experience

• University degree (or equivalent)
  * 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role
  * Strong administrator with excellent organisational skills
  * Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
  * Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  * Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  * Knowledge of Dynamo and Preqin
