Immediate start for experienced IT Tech Recruiters. My client a global media company have this exciting opportunity to support the Talent Acquisition Manager, in delivering best in class talent. You will become a valued Business partner looking after UK and Europe working streams in recruiting Software, Operations, PMO and Engineers. Building strong stakeholder engagement to exceed expectations and be responsible for driving recruitment and hiring processes within Tech teams

Main duties:

  • Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process.
  • Building and leading relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Decide on best method of recruitment including direct advertising, internal mobility, sourcing, headhunting, agencies etc
  • Working with Hiring Managers to recommend resources and update on processes
  • Create talent pipelines for future requirements
  • Update and maintain candidate details on the ATS fulfilling GDPR requirements.
  • Participate and contribute EMEA Talent Acquisition and HR Centres of Excellence


  • Previous Recruitment experience with preferably at least 2 years tech experience
  • Global or shared service experience would be desirable
  • Experience of providing end to end recruitment preferably in an in-house or RPO environment is desirable
  • Experience of recruiting Tech roles is essential
  • Experience in a large, multinational corporate environment is preferred
  • Confident Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven, corporate environment
  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking system or similar, recruitment-focused software
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other social recruiting platforms
  • Strong familiarity with Boolean and X-Ray searching techniques
  • Experience of managing a requisition list of circa 15 varied vacancies concurrently
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholders including candidates and, where appropriate, Line Managers
  • Familiarity with using recruitment metrics to monitor performance
  • Previous experience of recruiting Software, Operations, PMO and Product Engineers is essential

Start Date : To commence ASAP (min 1 month notice)
Duration: 6 months poss plus
Day Rate: £300 - £350 (PAYE)
Location: Currently working from home but must be able to attend their London W6 offices
