Job description

2nd Line Support Engineer

I am currently recruiting for a second line support engineer for a well-established accountancy company based in the Heart of Central London. The ideal candidate will be an established 2nd line engineer looking to progress their career within an agile enviroment. This role will be a fast passed role and offer fast career progression

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver IT support to a user base of over 600 users
  • To set up new IT hardware around the firm
  • To completed IT processes and procedures daily

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of Desktop operating systems and Microsoft office
  • Experience working within a Service Desk environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technically capable, able to demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • 2 years minimum experience in IT Support
  • 2nd line support
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework
