An exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to work for this Global Media company . Reporting directly to the Global Programmes Manager, this role will maintain, support and administer Talent Management and Learning programmes, events and initiatives using HR systems and agreed processes, globally. Working closely with stakeholders to deliver a seamless learning experience. As a key member, this role will require great communication and collaboration across the team as part of building the learning culture. You will also be able to take ownership for end-to-end management and identifying learning opportunities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as champion for TL&L - communicating capabilities, programmes/services
  • Partner closely with regional hub teams to ensure successful delivery of global signature programmes in regions
  • Prepare and process all transactional activities related to global signature programmes, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery of committed calendar of events:
  • Training data manipulation, delegate management, reporting, maintain robust and timely evaluation of all global programmes with focus on learner experience and ROI
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance on all global signature programmes



Person Spec:

  • Previous experience of working in L & D is desirable
  • Strong interest in developing a career in learning, learning design, delivery and project management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced organisation and a complex business environment
  • A strong team player to bring forward ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at multiple levels
  • Highly organised and can work in different time zones

Day Rate: £130
Duration: 3 months poss plus / poss perm
