Job description

A Commercial Leasing Legal Administrator is required for this global property developer, who have one of the largest retail portfolios. Reporting to the Revenue and Billing Manager you will maintain all tenant records for the UK and process any changes and updates in the system. Analyse data from different sources and complete internal documentation in relation to leases

As a Leasing Legal Analyst the main duties will include :

  • Work closely with Leasing Executives and Leasing Counsel to ensure all proposals for new tenants comply with company guidelines and have received appropriate approvals
  • Managing all tenant accounts in Microsoft AX including dealing with the Heads of terms, setting up tenant accounts and maintaining tenant records as well as processing Tenancies at will
  • Partner with various stakeholders throughout the organization including Legal counsel, Leasing Executives, and billing
  • Complete internal lease documentation
  • Full coverage of the team
  • Analyse and produce accurate reporting paying attention to detail
  • Monitor all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with URW policies and procedures
  • Ensure all activities comply with the requirements of the current version of the Centre Health and Safety Policy Manual
  • Undertake specific risk management tasks as delegated from time to time

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Previous leasing experience from working within property would be very beneficial
  • Ability to analyse and translate information in producing details reports
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • eCommunicates in a highly effective manner with the ability to interpret complex information
  • Conducts all work in an ethical, professional and confidential manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyse data
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of commercial conveyancing legal documents especially commercial leases
  • Property related background preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications including Outlook and Excel using formulas and Vlookups
  • One ERP system knowledge SAP/JDE desirable
