My client is a fast growing challenger bank looking to recruit a Management Accountant to assist the Financial Controller in preparing management packs, month end and the full set of management accounts.

Role responsibilities:

• Preparing and completing accurate balance sheet reconciliations
• Sub ledger postings and associated bank / cash payments and receipts for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities across the EMEA
• Month end accruals, prepayments
• Revenue accounting (calculation and posting of revenues attributable to project work that is completed)
• Monthly VAT returns
• Preparing full sets of management accounts

Candidate requirements:

• Newly qualified ACA/CA/CAANZ/CIMA - 1 year post qualified
• Immediately available/1 week notice
• Must have worked within the Financial Services industry
• Proven experience as management accountant, financial accountant or similar role
• Must have SUN/SAP Systems experience
