We are looking for a Management Accountant to help us scale our accounting operations in the UK. In this role, you will assist senior management in making critical business decisions by analysing and presenting key financial data. The finance organisation is growing to support our international expansion and as such responsibilities will cover a number of entities. The ideal candidate is deadline driven, collaborative, high-energy and passionate.

Responsibilities

• Month end reporting/analysis across the Group
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for key financial areas (accruals, prepayments, deferred income etc)
• Prepare and maintain fixed asset register
• Prepare and maintain inter-company matrix
• Tax calculations and reconciliations (VAT)
• Month end variance analysis and commentary
• Ad hoc analysis as required
• Support other parts of Financial Control as needed
• Credit control

Requirements

• Newly qualified accountant - ACA strongly preferred
• Strong academics at degree and secondary level
• Advanced organisational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
• Good presentation skills
• Focused and delivery oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, external partners, and customers
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
