My Client a leading Property and Real Estate Business in the City of London is looking for a Management Accountant to join their Commercial Finance Team.

Working across the FP&A and Financial Reporting divisions of the Finance team the Management Accountant will be responsible for:

• Own month end management reporting process for specific business areas the preparation of journals and revenue and cost analysis reports, and generating P&L summaries for Management Information packs.
• Produce regular reports on business performance KPIs for internal stakeholders and the investor group
• Assist in providing regular business forecasts in asset performance
• Support Operations team members with financial expertise on a regular basis; providing accurate, trusted data and performing value-added analysis to facilitate decision-making
• Support the Property team in developing finance and business presentations on performance; producing the annual budget and regular forecasts; preparing and delivering financial data & analysis for internal business cases e.g. capital projects

Qualifications Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant- CIMA is preferrable
• Proven experience in management accounting, preferably in a fast paced business
• Property industry experience not essential, but an advantage
• Experience in financial/data analysis
• High attention-to-detail and task-orientated mindset required
• High energy, high ownership of work product and commitment to driving results
