Management Accountant - Healthcare

The Company

This already large and consistently growing healthcare company is developing the Management Accounts function to improve the analysis, planning and reporting that currently exists across the national business. With continued year on year growth the CFO and Managing Director are looking to add to the capacity of their Management Accounts team in order to deliver a better insight to the business from Finance and vice versa.

The Role

The position of Management Accountant reports into the Finance Manager and will enjoy a great relationship with multiple stakeholders including the CFO and regional GMs/Commercial Managers. This role has the following key duties:

• Monthly, quarterly and yearly Budgeting and Forecasting
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Cost Analysis
• Assist with Audit
• Variance Analysis
• KPI management reporting
• Partnering with sales to provide strategic analysis and drive growth
• Analysis of monthly management information for the CFO
• Preparation of management reports
• Oversee transactional finance
• Ad hoc projects

Experience Required:

• Qualified: ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Private Healthcare Experience
• Drive, enthusiasm and an appetite to add constant value to the business
