Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment?

We're partnering with one of the most exciting businesses in the live events and cultural space - the team behind a portfolio of iconic venues and experiences across London and beyond.

They're looking for a Management Accountant to join their collaborative finance team and take ownership of the numbers that sit behind the creativity.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting key business units
• Delivering P&L and variance analysis, balance sheet recs, VAT returns
• Revenue analysis and intercompany reconciliations
• Supporting with payroll data and helping commercial teams on IR35 checks
• Working closely with the Commercial Finance Manager and wider stakeholders
• Getting under the skin of how the business operates and driving insights

What they're looking for:

• A part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
• Strong Excel skills and good attention to detail
• A proactive, curious mindset and an interest in how finance supports performance
• Experience within media, hospitality, venues, or events - multisite experience
