Job description


My client an International Property & Infrastructure company are looking for a diligent and proactive Marketing Administrator to join their team on a long term Interim basis.
The role:

  • To provide admin support to the residential sales and marketing teams within the development business
  • To work with our finance system Oracle to: Raise POs; Investigate outstanding Invoices: Close down old POs; Reconcile Old Open POs vs Invoices
  • Support with maintenance of content on the Homes by company website: Uploading new plots as and when they are released; Updating pricing; Removing old plots when they are no longer available for sale; General updates to the website as required - text changes; creating new pages; image uploads etc.
  • To ensure that our properties are correctly listed on the property portals (Rightmove; Zoopla; New Homes for Sales) - managing our listings; ensuring correct pricing; imagery and descriptions are used
  • Protecting our Intellectual Property by checking all portal listings by local agents selling second hand (and new) homes on our developments to ensure that they are not using our imagery or mis-selling our developments or our products
  • Data input - as and when required (i.e. during website phase launches) manage the upload of data into our systems that support our website
  • Logistics management for overseas events - shipping lightboxes, models and brochures as required
  • General admin assistance including filing, booking meetings and event coordination
  • Weekly reporting on lead generation via the Homes by company website and Salesforce
  • Sourcing completions gifts for new owners


Support Role:

  • To provide additional support to the residential marketing team as and when required, i.e. this could be to support a local launch; interior design projects; local events/teas/open days
  • Marketing Suite maintenance - as and when required to provide support for maintenance issues occurring at marketing suites or show homes (i.e. liaising with trades and contractors)
  • Support the co-ordination of marketing campaigns as and when required
  • Provide support when required to signage and hoarding
  • Provide competitor analysis/keep up to date on competitor campaigns and market trends
  • Support on email marketing campaigns


Experience Required:

  • Ideal to have at least 1 years' experience in an admin role within either a marketing team or within the property sectors
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good time management
  • Works well under pressure and able to use own initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good written communication skills
  • Experience of Salesforce, Sitecore, Oracle would be a bonus, but not essential as training will be provided
  • Experience of using Adobe software would be preferable, but not essential
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
