Job description

An experienced Membership Administrator is required to work for this membership body.

  • Using your excellent customer service skills you will call each member to identify any changes in their personal records and use your eye for detail to correct the company's database
  • Also using Excel you will maintain and update confidential details
  • Reporting to the Manager any irregularities to ensuring details are accurate


Skills required

  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • A confident friendly and articulate telephone manner
  • Previous experience of working in a health care profession is desirable
  • Good Intermediate Excel skills
  • Previous customer service skills are essential


The is role is to commence on 14th June
Duration: 6 weeks poss plus
Pay Rate £13.00 plus holiday pay
