An exciting opportunity for a Membership Administrator to work for this International Magazine in Grantham, Lincs

Reporting to the Director of Membership and Professional Standards, you will be responsible for administrative support across the licencing activities, e.g. Membership / Accreditation

As a Licenced Activity Administrator, you will be involved with:

Membership

  • Liaise with members re their membership enquiries, including those received through the Non-member Enquiry System.
  • Deal with all correspondence concerning the award of membership grades and professional registration and additional fees due.
  • Update information on the Member database.
  • Prepare the monthly membership lists for two magazine publications
  • Update and maintain the list of deceased members for CEO letters and publication.

Accreditation

  • Main point of contact for organisations seeking licenced accreditation documents.
  • Collate the completed forms and supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with the Assessment Panel, host organisations and relevant third parties as required; this will include visit planning, making travel arrangements, booking accommodation, circulating, and following up draft and final reports.
  • Collate all post-activity expenses, ensure they are paid in good time and a record is maintained for re-charging.
  • Update information on the Member database.

General

  • As an active member of the team you will assist in recognise business development opportunities for membership and licenced accreditation growth.
  • Produce reports as required from the Membership database.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • An excellent eye for detail, and with good attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience of using CRM systems.
  • Customer facing experience is desirable.
  • Preferably you will have worked for a membership/Licensing Tema previously
