I have an exciting opportunity working as a Membership Administrator for a Healthcare membership company.
Within your role you will be using your excellent customer service skills, calling each member to identify any changes in their personal records and use your eye for detail to update/correct the company's database. You will be using Excel to maintain and update the details, therefore previous Excel experience is required. You will be reporting any irregularities to the Manager to ensure details are accurate.
- Excellent spoken English with good communication skills.
- Friendly, confident and articulate phone manner
- Previous experience of working in Health Care profession is desirable but not essential.
- Previous Excel experience.
- Previous Customer Service skills are essential.
The role will commence on the 14th June for a minimum of 6 weeks potentially longer.
Pay rate of £13.00 per hour + Holiday.
You will be based at home. Laptop and telephone system provided.
