We have an amazing opportunity for an Office Manager /EA to work for our client a Global Retailer. This role will consist of 80% Office Management and 20% supporting the Board members such as The Founder, CEO, CFO, COO with day-to-day administrative duties and with the growth of the business. This role will be hybrid, 3 days in the Brixton office and 2 WFH but with flexibility either side.

If you have previous office management experience as well as C-suite and are looking to be a part of a collaborative and fun team, this may be the position for you!

Office Management/EA Duties:

  • Diary Management for the board members
  • Arranging global travel arrangements
  • Arranging board meetings
  • Arranging board packs and agendas
  • Attending meetings taking minutes / note taking and creating action points
  • Assisting with presentations and excel reports
  • Office management duties
  • Overseeing the receptionist
  • Making sure the office is running smoothly
  • Ordering all office supplies and negotiating best prices
  • Liaising with all office contractors
