Office Manager / PA - £45,000 - £55,000
Our client who is a Boutique but Global Investment firm have an exciting opening for an Office Manager / PA to join their growing team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel and accommodation both domestically and internationally
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post / deliveries / couriers
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Organising induction programmes for new employees
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Overseeing, agreeing and supervising contracts and providers for services including cleaning, catering and technology
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Organising team events
- Collating and filing expenses
